- We are seeking to recruit a motivated and self-driven Sales / Business Development Manager for our Risk and Identity Management Solutions in Abuja, Lagos and Port Harcourt.
- Conduct business analysis to deploy customized solutions for prospective clients
- Facilitate service level agreements and contract negotiations
- Understand and map client’s requirement
- Develop new customer development strategies to capture market channels and increase client penetration
- Implement and execute marketing activities to increase branding and recognition programs
- Build corporate relationships with customers and industry associations
- Suggest improvements in business strategies based on customer feedback mechanisms
- Expanded business development aligned to overall company goals
- Meeting deadlines without compromising quality norms.
- Reaching daily, weekly and monthly targets.
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
- Maintain and expand client database.
- B.A / B.Sc. Degree or equivalent in related discipline
- At least 5 years proven sales experience in service industry
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Computer use competency
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven
- Candidates should be highly motivated and experienced sales, marketing, and consulting professional with a proven history of business development success across a broad range of sales roles in varied industries.
